We're looking for Wiradjuri artists and cultural educators β€” could that be you?

We’re building the Mt Piper BESS near Lithgow, and we want to continue our conversation and involvement with local First Nations peoples in a real and meaningful way.

Create the project's artwork. If you're a First Nations artist with a connection to Wiradjuri Country, we'd love you to create a signature artwork that will live on uniforms, signage and project materials right through to 2030.

Deliver cultural awareness training. If you or your organisation delivers cultural awareness training, we're looking for someone to run up to five sessions for around 50 project workers in the Lithgow region across 2026 and 2027.

You're welcome to apply for one or both.

To find out more, have a look at the EOI documents below. You can send through an expression of interest or find our more information by emailing us at community@energyaustralia.com.au. The EOI closes 1 July 2026.
